To have your name added to the NMFNHL waiting list please fill out the form below and submit. Preference will be given to those who are referred by an "NMF'er" who can verify your information and attest that you will be a good fit for this league. You must be a minimum 35 years of age to play. It is also helpful if you are a resident of Newmarket.
